GM Drive is operated by Glenn John Morgan (ABN 27 281 150 973). By making a booking with GM Drive, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made directly with GM Drive via phone, email, or the online booking form.

• Payment is generally due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• A deposit may occasionally be requested to secure a booking (for example, during peak periods or for special events).

2. Cancellation Policy

• We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.

• In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, any deposit paid may be forfeited in part or in full. This reflects the genuine costs and loss of opportunity to GM Drive when bookings are cancelled at short notice.

• If no deposit was taken, no cancellation fee will apply.

3. Refunds & Service Changes

• If GM Drive must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, illness, or other emergencies), you will be offered a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to reschedule.

• GM Drive is not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer as a result of cancellation or delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather events).

4. Conduct & Safety

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times and comply with reasonable directions from the driver.

• No smoking or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.

• GM Drive reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

5. Liability

• While GM Drive takes all reasonable care to ensure your safety and comfort, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• GM Drive is not liable for indirect losses (such as missed flights, connections, or events) arising from delays or circumstances outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Australian Consumer Law.
